Shipping Policy – Ride The North / BNZ Designs
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
Canadian & International Shipping We ship to Canada and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bnzdesigns25@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
